PAYMENT METHODS
We accept personal checks, money
orders, or certified checks made payable to Jim Arvanitis
dba UPA. We do not accept credit cards at this time.
DELIVERY
Please allow 3-6 weeks from the time
we receive your order for delivery. We ship all orders
in the Continental United States by ground freight.
RETURNS
No refunds or exchanges are accepted
for worn merchandise or video tapes. Exchanges will
be made for shipping errors made by us for either the
wrong size or product shipped. Merchandise must be returned
within 5 business days of delivery. Claims for shipping
damage should be filed with the carrier.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES
Add 10% of the subtotal for shipping
and handling on the order form. There is a minimum charge
of $8.00 in the U.S. and $14.00 on foreign orders.
VOLUME DISCOUNTS
5% off on orders of $250.00 or more;
10% off on orders of $500.00 or more.
