INTENSIVE TRAINING COURSE

The objective of the intensive training course is to provide as much specialized instruction as possible in modern pankration in the shortest amount of time. This involves one-on-one training directly with Daskalos Eric D. Hill and Kirios Jim Arvanitis, and is designed primarily for those who live beyond commuting distance for weekly training and would like to fly in to Orlando, Florida for a weekend. It consists of ten hours (6 hours on Saturday/4 hours on Sunday). The student is expected to make his own flight and hotel reservations. Scheduling of training must also be arranged in advance. A non-refundable 20% deposit is required up front to reserve the time slot. A listing of hotels in the area will be provided upon request. Official certificates for intensive training will be awarded upon completion of the course. Traditional Greek dinners are provided on both days.

Students will receive official rank in Mu Tau (Gr. mahitiki tehni) based on their knowledge and application of technical skills, history, terminology and philosophy of Greek martial art. Students should study the following media so as to achieve the highest evaluation:
